Held in Bogor on 12 - 14 April 2018, Simavi and Plan, the member of SEHATI consortium were invited by the Ministry of Health to join the workshop to review monitoring and verification indicators and strategic steps on 5 pillars of STBM implementation.
STBM has been launched in 2008 and up to date, district governments tend to focus the implementation on pillar 1 only. Therefore by improving the regulation, Simavi and partners encourage national and district government to implement 5 pillars of STBM integrally.
Simavi and partners used this opportunity to introduce SEHATI approach on the implementation of STBM. It turns out that all participants such as IUWASH Plus, YPCII, and WVI agreed on the approach and they did the similar approach in the fields.
